I greatly admire the work of Art Nouveau artist Alphonse Muscha. His work has a modest knowing sensuality to it and a use of fluid lines that is thoroughly modern. This is my contemporary take on his work, modest though it may be.
About Mike Farrell
I'm mostly a self taught artist, the odd class here and there but mostly a lot of time at the drawing table or in front of a computer. I try and bring a sense of craft, intelligence(hopefully), and a bit of humor to my work. I also enjoy hiking, biking, cooking, reading, gardening, and generally hanging out with the missus and our cat and two dogs. And we usually have music playing in the background.
